A CROSS PATTERN IS THE MOVEMENT THE BODY MAKES CONNECTING ONE SHOULDER TO THE HIP ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE THROUGH THE TORSO.
It is pretty much the base movement humans use in almost everything we do, from crawling as a baby, to walking or running as an adult. It incorporates a myriad of movements, from kicking or throwing a ball to delivering a punch. All these activities involve both connection and integration through the trunk and link one arm to the opposite leg and vice versa.
